Based on the initial work of Gregory Bateson and Bertrand Russell, the Logical Levels model provides a structured and comprehensive way in depicting what’s going on in any ‘system’ including the human personality, a partnership, a team, a division, an organization, or even a society. It provides, in a highly structured manner, a means of keeping track of the information and recognizing at which level an issue originates.
