  • How does your behavior and actions affect your everyday dealings and your personal relationships?
  • How would you like to increase your compatibility with other people and benefit in your personal and professional interactions?
  • Our patterns of behavior determine how we relate and interact with others, how we communicate with ours colleagues, clients, friends, parents, environment.
  • The BSI (Behavior Style Index) is a tool that can be easily applied. It is a selected list of simple statements and or adjectives that derive from psychological, sociological and managerial literature and describe observable behaviors. You complete the evaluation, following the instructions provided, and your responses are plot in a table.
  • The profile provides you with guidelines for understanding the way you think and act and an examination of your strengths and weaknesses.
  • You may also have the choice to see yourself through someone else¢s eyes. You may encourage people with whom you interact and trust to fill in one for you. The results will indicate how these people perceive your behavior and actions.
  • The overall outcome will enable you to see yourself and what you need to do to improve your communication in your career and in your personal life.
