The Synolic approach to Human Resources Development, provides for development
not only of conventional work-related factors but also of personal factors.
The model, designed by our associates and consultants Dr. Alan M.
Barratt and Dr. Patrick Georges with research assistance
provided by Dr. Dimitri Tsitos and Dr. Alexandra Efthimiadou,
was first published in the June 1995, issue of the British management
journal Executive Development. The Synolic model is fully presented
in the newly published book "The Synolic Manager"
